Success will be measured on operational, business and financial goals and targets as well as individual goals and the utilisation target.The EMEA oCFO and oCHRO Architects lead and oversee the implementation of technology solutions for customers using Workday products. They are accountable for the translation of gathered and qualified customer requirements into configured solutions in accordance with the business case and priorities for deployment by providing expert product, domain, industry or market knowledge.Key Areas of ResponsibilityPeople LeadershipDevelop, manage, and retain a diverse, geographically distributed team of oCFO and oCHRO Architects.Promote a team-orientated, growth, and innovative work environment.Set and maintain high performance expectations for the team.Collaborate with Resource Managers, Engagement Managers, and Sales to effectively staff engagements and build the appropriate skills necessary amongst Workday and partner consulting resources.Meet or exceed operational goals and expectations.Project Execution, Business Drive and InnovationUsing Workday product knowledge, leadership skills, Workday methodology and customer requirements, work with and alongside the Architects to provide top-tier consulting services.Drive teams and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.Lead and contribute to new and improved ways of delivering successful projects.Innovate, advocate for and contribute to the strategic direction of the EMEA Professional Services business through leading and participating in internal initiatives.About YouBasic Qualifications12+ years working as a software deployment professional and business practitioner in Financial and HCM software applications.Rich consulting and delivery experience working in a dynamic environment and solving business challenges.A proven track record of delivering long-term customer success using a mix of project delivery, functional consulting, management consulting, and business transformation skills.6+ years working as a people manager and Services or business leader.Other QualificationsLeads project teams to deliver to a customer's business case.Has outstanding organisational and project management skills.Passionate about business innovation and execution.Has excellent collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
