GTM Strategy represents the evolving, and sometimes unknown, needs of our customers both internally and externally to design a future GTM that’s as innovative and purpose-built as Workday.About the RoleThe Growth Initiatives Director reports to the head of GTM Strategy to drive new GTM concepts from inception to minimal viable product and beyond. The role requires the ability to think beyond tactical execution; predicting and planning for the long-term implications to both our external and internal customers. Initiatives will be identified and considered from within GTM Strategy as well as through our Workday senior collaborators. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
