GPO is driving a rapid and intentional change to embrace an open and modern ecosystem and implement a unified global partner strategy, with cross-functional engagement in programs, systems, processes and people. The Partner Innovation organization defines and grows the software partner relationships for innovation on top of and integration with Workday Products and Technology. The partner management team handles premier software partnerships from ideation, integration to go-to-market. The partner solution management team prioritizes and develops solution ideas and concepts, and launches partner solutions to address market white spaces and new opportunities.About the RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity to build a career for a leading SaaS based alliances and partner management function.  Be a catalyst to our partner program transformation and owner of a portfolio of emerging software innovators.  Learn to evangelize for Workday's new partner program with the ability to drive awareness both internally and externally. You will assess inbound partnership requests based on Workday strategic and product priorities while supporting a team of software partner managers with experience across the HCM, Financial Management and Technology markets. Streamline the team's ability to screen a wide range of partners using in-house resources and the knowledge you gain over time. In addition, this role will respond to partnership executive asks and customer/partner requests for details on the new software partner program.About YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or partner alliances for a SAAS software organization. 2+ years of analytical experience including assessment of market data sets2+ years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software or similarOther QualificationsStructure and build a disciplined prioritization process for partnership assessment.  Align priorities with other key team members in the Global Partner Organization.Profficient in Salesforce, Tableau and related toolsAbility to build domain knowledge on complex enterprise software topics including HCM, Financials, Planning, Analytics.Ability to own a cross-functional process to assess partnership opportunities based on corporate and market needs.Strong team collaboration skills and excellent communication skillsIdentify and build key relationships across Workday to support your assessment process of new potential partners.Model, live and manage to the Workday Culture and VIBE values.The sort of personality who thrives in a dynamic environment.Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
