This newly established team drives product adoption, increased customer value, customer advocacy, and risk mitigation across all segments and Workday products by designing, building, iterating and maintaining digital programs, content, and capabilities globally. Digital Customer Success is a key priority for our business and being part of this fast growing, innovative, and results oriented team will get broad visibility and provide an excellent opportunity for growth.About the RoleThe Senior Associate Program Manager, Digital Customer Success is responsible for supporting the creation and maintenance of digital content and programs that ensure outstanding customer experiences and satisfaction. They will partner closely with teams like education, product, marketing, and customer success to establish and maintain customer lifecycle, adoption & health, as well as Success outreach programs. In this role you will be part of a team that transforms the way we engage our customers digitally with the goal to improve engagement, adoption and value realization at scale.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution and maintenance of best-in-class digital-led programs using customer journey mapping and data to deliver the right content, to the right person, at the right timeCollaborate cross-functionally to curate and contextualize relevant content in support of new and existing programs and capabilitiesInnovate and iterate existing programs by continuously review customer feedbackMaintain and monitor assigned digital programs across the customer journey, analyze program impacts and make recommendations for course correctionsAbout YouBasic Qualifications2+ years of direct experience in SaaS Renewals, Customer Success, or Customer Success operations1+ years of hands-on experience building digital first, multi-channel risk mitigation programs with a proven record of improved customer adoption, health and retentionOther QualificationsExperience establishing digital Success programs or customer marketing campaigns within Customer Experience, Customer Success, or SupportExpertise in curating, creating, and managing customer-centric contentExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate at all levels, raise program issues, and mitigate project risksExperience working with customer success and analytics tools like Gainsight Journey Orchestrator, Salesforce, Looker/Tableau and moreProven track record of crafting compelling and impactful customer engagementsOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
