We facilitate the definition and execution of strategy, setting the long range vision and plan, securing sponsorship and resources, and inspiring our teams to deliver our targeted results. The Senior Partner Strategist is a leader in developing insights and recommendations, based on research and data. They will coordinate across business and revenue operations, data and analytics, competitive intelligence and other teams across our Sales, Product, CX and Partner organizations to a) identify sources of structured and unstructured data, b) cleanse and tag data, c) merge disparate data sources, d) conduct analysis to develop insights, and e) make recommendations, that will then be used for strategy definition and planning. Where required Senior Partner Strategist will work with external analysts, consultants and tools to source external data, and merge with internal data, with which to build comprehensive strategies and plans. The Senior Partner Strategist is also responsible for developing both partner and related competitive intelligence. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
