The Sr Program Manager of Global Partner Programs will focus on crafting and implementing Workday’s unified referral, co-sell and channel-focused Sales track strategy.In conjunction with Partner Management teams, the Sr Program Manager will help lead strategic the outlook for future state partners as well as the incentives needed to drive the current ecosystem’s model of partner success.In addition, the Sr Program Manager will review, report and augment metrics / incentives for partners that inform continuous improvements to program benefits, expectations and the ongoing evaluation of partner success.Work with cross-functional collaborators will work with current and future partners across the globe and is responsible to the Sales, Services and product teams within their partner’s sphere of influence.Key Areas of Responsibility Set the vision for the partner ecosystem for the partner Sales track (recruiting through retire)Build & drive strategic project plans for the partner Sales track with Workday’s ecosystem of partners Includes program plans, issues, risks, deliverables, achievementsLead program rollout operations & process design, and ongoing program execution activitiesEstablish program and financial health metrics that determine partner success and measure the impact of partners on the broader business.Develop and implement programs, initiatives and incentives that drive positive partner and customer outcomesIdentify issues and risks; initiate corrective actions and mitigation strategies as appropriate.Communicate regularly and optimally with all collaborators, within the team, within the organization, and beyond; manage and facilitate program and cross-organization meetings.Work in conjunction with partner Services and Innovation track owners to establish best practices across the lifecycle of partner programsBe responsible for program quality and embed quality processes into the program.Lead continuous improvement efforts; making recommendations for improvements (programmatic and incentives) to increase penetration for the strategic partnersLead alliances activity & success in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systemActively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsAbout YouThe Sr Program Manager is a high energy, versatile, organized and creative professional who is passionate about developing and implementing impactful programs that drive partner engagement and support the “Power of One” partnering philosophy at Workday. The individual in this role should be comfortable in a high growth technology organization and have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities.Basic Qualifications5+ years experience in a program management or operations role for an ERP software firm or similar5 + years demonstrated experience building a partner program in an Enterprise Software environment5 + years’ experience working with Global System Integrators or other large Software firmsOther QualificationsOutstanding organizational & Program management skillsAdept at financial modeling with partner sales and incentives programsAbility to work effectively both individually and as part of a team and across multiple departments and groups.Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of areas and build clear communicationsMaintains focus and efficiency in uncertain situations or without complete informationAnticipates impact to projects and/or work when there is a shift in strategic direction.Experience with ERP and HR a plusProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.comMBA a plusLocation : Workday office locationMinimal Travel (25% +)Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
