As a Business Systems Analyst, you will join the Business Technology’s (BT) Collaboration and Endpoint Engineering team, which is responsible for connecting the workforce through digital technologies. Your domain expertise in this space is key as you work with teams at Workday to provide an outstanding experience for our business partners.About the RoleWorking closely with our Architects and Engineers, you will design solutions that meet the needs of our business partners while maintaining the integrity of our products. As solutions are launched, you will be the champion for adoption and provide analytics to measure satisfaction and use.You will also play an integral role in managing intake and large projects for the team. As new opportunities and initiatives are identified, you will be pivotal in linking together the various elements of the work to be accomplished and ensuring that the benefits are realized.Responsibilities:Work with our business partners to understand their needs and desired outcomes for collaboration technologies.Develop a pipeline of features and stories that deliver against the collaboration strategy and roadmap.Lead cross-functional projects, including scope, schedule, and issues/risks, using both Agile and Waterfall methods.Own the operational delivery of our services, including dispositioning incidents and requests, and representing releases at the Change Advisory Board.Partner with Security and Privacy teams to ensure that our services have the necessary review and approval.Work with our vendors to escalate issues, track actions, perform license true-ups, and monitor analytics.Create and maintain documentation, e.g. process flow diagrams, wireframes, etc. that reflects current state and future opportunities.Maintain and upkeep technical and business documentation regarding capabilities within the portfolioDefine and help execute DR testing for portfolio applicationsIdentify opportunities to ‘shift-left’ or automate operational work.Remain current on industry trends and vendor roadmaps and use that information to influence the future of our services.About YouBasic Qualifications:Passionate about collaboration technologies and how they can be used to optimize the employee experience.Enthusiastic about solving business problems using an innovative and creative approach.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to establish strong analysis and requirements gathering skills, proven communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to influenceHighly analytical in using data and metrics to uncover insights and drive business performance.3+ years’ experience implementing collaboration solutions in a global environment.3+ years of relevant technical business analysis experience.5+ years of business and system analysis experience with focus on infrastructure related projectsExposure and understanding of End Point and Collaboration tools and infrastructure projectsA bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field), or equivalent work experience.Other QualificationPMP and/or Scrum Master certification is preferred.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
