This senior position is an excellent opportunity to lead Europe’s largest region at a fast-growing, US-based software company that is rapidly growing in the region.In this role, you will work closely with the other members of the Marketing, Sales and Professional Services teams to build brand awareness and pipeline for the business. You will be leading a team of dedicated marketing professionals across the UK&I, ensuring we exceed our growth targets and bring ever more focus to our execution. This position is located in London and will be a key part of the UKI management team and the EMEA marketing leadership team. Responsibilities include: Develop annual marketing plans for the region designed to drive brand recognition and build pipeline for Workday’s core solutions.Be a trusted advisor to the UKI Management teams, aligning with the sales team on regular basis to drive planning and execution and ensuring timely and open communication channels.Ensure flawless execution across all planned marketing activities, marshaling the key team members to drive successful outcomes for the UKI business.Identify audience and industry segmentation strategy; vehicle and media mix recommendation, timing and forecast of results.Drive integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross-functional corporate marketing team based in EMEA and the US.
