Peakon improves employee engagement through regular surveys, personalized training, and suggested actions. This happens by collecting employee feedback in real-time, analyse it, and deliver insights to make improvements at the workplace.At Peakon, product is the foundation of everything we do. For example but not limited to product management, product success, customer support, launching or building products yourself, or in a fast-paced work environment.Interest and understanding of technical subjects and SaaS products, excited to learn new concepts and technologies quickly. Experience from customer and user facing experiences is considered relevant.Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a drive to learn and adapt to new technologiesSolid interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to get results in a changing environment, by rallying cross-functional professions together.You thrive at problem-solving and making decisions, especially as a teammate, but also as an independent person driving problems to resolutionsWe are open to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
