Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamThe newly formed Field Engagement & Planning team is a pillar within Global Sales Enablement (GSE) responsible for owning and running GSE’s relationships with field sales globally.About the RoleThe North America, Large Enterprise Engagement Manager will own and manage GSE’s relationship with Large Enterprise in North America partnering with field sales, sales strategy and operations, and key support functions!Responsibilities include:Identify and validate LE priorities with sales leaders and SSO using data and trends.Secure leadership sponsorship for GTM initiatives and enablement efforts.Provide consistent voice of the field input to GTM initiatives, processes, and practices.Develop, maintain, and socialize enablement plans with sales leaders and SSO to include Global, GTM, and LE specific initiatives.Communicate and summarize awareness of “need to know” information related to GTM.Manage and lead execution of training, mentor, and development programs. About YouBasic Qualifications:Experience (past or present) as a successful seller at Workday related to Large Enterprise.Ability to establish trust with Workday executive sponsors and communicate regularly with senior sales leaders. Experience developing and socializing a mutual engagement, enablement, or roadmap type plan with key collaborators.Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively across pre-sales, sales, services, marketing, product, etc. to align on and drive projects to completion.Other Qualifications:Experience facilitating or leading virtual and in-person meetings.Ability to deliver results with minimal guidance and short turnaround times.Strong communication skills.#LI-AS9Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
