As we embrace new tools like Consensus, Saleo, Figma and the like, we are looking for someone to set the standards, build best practices and establish a global library of assets.About the Role As the Digital Content Strategy Manager at Workday, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining content standards, guidelines, and templates to ensure uniformity and excellence in content creation, distribution, and promotion. You will lead all aspects of content governance, working with local content managers and cross-functional teams to prioritize content, facilitate collaboration, and maintain the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will assist in content creation and field enablement activities as needed. Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain Global content standards, guidelines and templates, ensuring consistency in tools, format, style, branding, and qualityEstablish and maintain global asset catalog responsible for tracking all assets created regardless of SegmentEstablish and maintain base global asset offering.
