This is why we:offer flexible work schedules aligned to our "flex model"empower you to follow your desired career path & achieve professional and personal goals encourage work-life balance and wellbeingare proud to champion equal opportunities for everyone We are looking for someone to join our team who is eager to learn with a creative mindset, support their colleagues and have fun. The Sr. Engagement Manager will be an expert in Workday Deployment Methodology, steering your implementation team and guiding customer teams on key Workday deployments! The role focuses on leading, influencing and communicating to control and handle all aspects of our project(s) through to successful completion.Lead and manage deployments that are medium or high complexity with defined scope, schedule and budget.Produce and maintain high level project plans, detailed project plans, risk and issue logs, data conversion plans, cutover plans, regular project meeting content / presentations and steering committee presentations.Manage project finances including budgets, forecasts, actuals, revenue, invoices and monitor subsequent payment.Lead and influence our internal project team and sponsors, and the client project team and stakeholders with clear, concise and timely communication.Present project status updates to senior Customer and Workday partners.Handle customer critical issues to full resolution.Provide mentoring to other members of the team either as a senior, or as ground breaker in new functionality or geographies on a feedback and share basis.Be Certified by Workday and be an authority in the Workday Deployment Methodology and also provide Delivery Assurance services to Partner deployments to build a foundation of success in our extended ecosystem.About YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience of managing HCM/Payroll implementation projects with Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.Delivered at least three medium to large projects throughout entire lifecycle, including one that featured multiple country deployment.Formal project management training in PMI PmBOK, Prince2 (or equivalent)A consistent record in delivering project successAbility to travel up to 50%Other QualificationsSuperb interpersonal and project management skills.Passion and drive for total Customer success.Proficiency in English language is required, additional languages would be an advantage, but not essential.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
