In addition, she/he may support analysis, projects, change initiatives to solve customer problems, in support of predictable revenue performance and optimized customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesHandles sensitive contracting information with exceptional due diligenceGathers customer requirements and translates into standard analysis and work plan;Utilizes diverse organizational tools, data, and assets to support operational activities;Creates contractual paperwork and exhibits/schedules and executes in systems in compliance with policies, processes, and service levelsEngages with internal cross-functional/regional stakeholders on approvals and dependent activitiesFollows up signatory requirements, contract timely activation in systems and paperwork archivingMay facilitate non-standard agreement language, redline and dialogue between EQIX and customersObtains management or exception approvals by providing clear factual backgroundEmbraces changes due to audits, events or transformation needs; may support/conduct self-auditsAssists in solving customer problems and analyses information using standard practices to make judgements and precedentsAssists on process, systems, data or reporting analyses/initiatives; raises anomalies or ideasAssists on global programs/projectsMay perform other duties as requiredQualificationsPortuguese fluency with a good command of English and Spanish;Experience working cross-regions, with sales and other cross-functional departments for MNC;Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (Brasília time zone);Experience (desirable) with process support, data/metrics and systems;Experience (desirable) working in Data Center, Cloud or Telecom industry, in Business, Revenue, Sales, Customer Care, Legal and/or Finance Operations department;Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
