We need a new team member to assist with managing the administration of the company's Equity Compensation Program(s).  We are a small (but mighty) team that works directly with a wealth of different departments as well as over 13,000 employees world-wide. We not only value your experience but also your willingness to grow, perform and succeed. ResponsibilitiesOur Equity programs require a close partnership with our global teams, supporting employee training and maintaining accurate records.  We offer the following global programs:Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP):  2 annual enrollment periods and purchases; 15% discount; 24 month look back.Restricted Stock Units (RSUs):  RSUs are granted and vest 4 times per year.We support these programs in 30+ countries and are required to be knowledgeable in all of the various regulatory requirements for each location.Teams we work closely with:Payroll teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.Legal – both internal and externalHR – Includes HRIS, Shared Services, Global Mobility and HRBP teams.SEC Financial ReportingTaxTreasuryDaily/Monthly responsibilities include:Fostering strong employee relations by responding to questions in a timely, accurate and professional manner.Maintaining effective communication and training materials that are available via our intranet as well as employee facing education sessions.RSU grants: Maintain close working relationship with various business partners to ensure that grants are issued and vest properly; Ensures that tax rates are up to date and post-vest reporting is both accurate and delivered timely; follows up with employees to ensure that they understand the program.ESPP program: Track employee rate changes and withdrawals; partners with payrolls to track changes and adherence to contribution limits; provides in-person educational sessions during enrollment periods.Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date operational procedures.Assist with maintaining quarterly trading windows.Prepare monthly reports in conjunction with HR and SEC reporting team(s).Quarterly/Year-End responsibilities include:Prepare quarterly reports for tax and financial reporting and work with auditors for quarterly and year-end audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (“SOX”) testing.Provide quarterly reports to internal and external business partners as requested.Assist with preparation & distribution of year-end Tax statements.Assist Legal with logistics for Annual Shareholders’ meeting.QualificationsStock Administration Experience1-2 years of experience with Stock Administration (or relatable experience)CEP appreciated but not required.Familiarity with Equity Edge Online and the E*TRADE platformStrong Team Player who must have:Good communication skills both written and spoken.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently when necessary.Effective time management skills.Project Management experience. Familiarity with reading and understanding Financial ReportsMust be able to effectively utilize all Microsoft Office products especially Excel and PowerPointDiploma or related Bachelor’s Degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
