This role will work cross-functionally to meet demands for critical business insights, through partnership with IT to create complex data models, and/or supporting quick-turn ad-hoc requests for consumption by Revenue Operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of comfort working in ambiguity and supporting global requests from various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesData Exploration: Explores data from multiple sources to determine trends and relationships between variables. Analyze and discover insights related to sales productivity, pipeline and sales forecast process optimization, opportunity win/loss rates, average sales cycle, churn inspection, customer lifetime value, and more. Develops an understanding of business dynamics to enable proactive error correction and suggest additional analytics opportunitiesAd Hoc Reporting: Creates time sensitive ad-hoc reports, using insights from data explorations to prepare visualizations and reports for stakeholders requesting data. Assist leaders in addressing business questions to drive consistency and efficiency, summarizing insights in a simplified and easy to understand mannerStakeholder Management: Reaches out to stakeholders to clarify requests and debriefs to explain data insights and reporting. Follows up and tracks statuses for actions taken from insights. Constructs data summaries in PowerPoint with simplistic visuals that effectively convey a story to stakeholders. Presents to stakeholder groups and answers questions pertaining to the insightsProject Management: Partners with IT and BI Teams to build, maintain, and improve automated reporting through complex data models that provide insights into sales strategy. Collects input from stakeholders to drive improvements in reporting, increasing value of insights for stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience in sales reporting & analytics.
