In this role, you will develop strategies to address security challenges, lead budgets, and collaborate with global and regional leaders to implement security plans.Join Our Team and Lead Innovative Physical Security Projects for a Better Tomorrow!ResponsibilitiesLead Security Initiatives: Supervise the security and business continuity process rollout for designated sites/countriesRun Multifunctional Teams: Lead multi-functional teams, refining security and business processesProblem-solving: Recommend solutions for process-related issues, drive continuous improvement, and support the implementation of changesProcess Alignment: Ensure compliance with security and maintenance proceduresProject Management: Lead all aspects of security projects, assign responsibilities, and supervise progressProcess Improvement & Expansion: Lead process enhancement and efficiency projects and provide input on design and planning for Data Center expansion projectsPerformance Goals: Set performance goals for regional Operations Security teamsBudgeting: Assist with department and Data Center budget planningVendor Management: Coordinate security vendor activities, including installation, upgrades, and maintenanceSystem Expertise: Possess sophisticated knowledge of security systems and recommend installation procedures.
