Prioritizes, gathers requirements, and performs or coordinates user acceptance testing and communicates progress to stakeholdersLearns comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) / Quote to Cash (Q2C) process to understand potential system and/or process gaps to communicate improvement and/or enhancement ideasBecomes Subject Matter Expect (SME) on Products, business processes, and data workflows between integrated end-to-end systemsAbility to understand various technologies, troubleshoot with various analytical tools, and resolve day-to-day dashboard issuesClient ManagementReaches out to clients to clarify requests and debriefs with clients to explain data insights and confirm requirementsCollaborates with Global data remediation teams, including M&A data integrations, to create new, or update existing, data quality validations that align with Product rules and definitions while ensuring data integrityProvides Data Remediation and Project Management support to ensure cross-functional teams and tasks are on track as it relates to our data strategyInfluences tool development and implementation with Cross Functional data teams in ways that align with data quality strategy and best practicesData Audit and CleansingContributes to periodic audits of data within business systems/platformsPerforms follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy and conduct root cause analysis as neededAd Hoc ReportingCreate and manage basic ad hoc report requests, using insights from data exploration to prepare basic visualizations and PowerPoint reports for clients requesting the dataDelivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the reportQualifications1+ years related experience preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required (functions, pivots, charts, distinct values, etc.)Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Experience with Oracle SQL developer, and reading and writing SQL queries is a plusExperience with ServiceNow, JIRA and Agile methodology is a plusSiebel experience is a plusEnthusiastic with a passion to continue learning and developmentReliability, diligence and excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills required, with ability to professionally and comfortably speak and write to internal and external team members and translate data findings in a manner that is easy to understandAbility to manage timelines and follow-up with cross-functional groups independently when deadlines are approachingStrong analytical skills to work with large amounts of data, perform number crunching and analyze to find solutionsAbility to travel Domestically or Internationally up to several weeks at a time as neededKnowledge of telecommunications and Internet technologies and systemsEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations.
