We are looking to interview immediately for a Sydney based role within a growing team providing a critical role within our Operations Compliance team.ResponsibilitiesAudits & CertificationsPlans specialised site level compliance audits (internal and external)Leads diverse site level compliance certification projects and identifies processes to be audited based on specific knowledge of criteria and controlsDevelops industry knowledge of standardsConducts/leads compliance audits, builds niche reports and communicates findings and risks to managementParticipates in external audits to provide subject matter expertise supportEnsures any non-compliance findings are closed in a timely mannerManagement SystemsIs involved in specialized changes and updates any local site level management system assets by raising a document change requestProvides specialized compliance input for site level management review meetingsDevelops specialised local compliance procedures to align with local legislative and Equinix requirementsTrainingMonitors and supervises any QISBC/EHS compliance related training as required by the business, ensuring in scope site personnel complete training within target datesDevelops specialized local training materials/toolbox talksManages and tracks relevant, diverse compliance trainingProvides specialised level training and inductions for new compliance personnel within a diverse scopeMonitoring & Managing Site OperationsWill be required to travel from site to site on occasion to monitor and liaise with the site teamsProvides oversight and support for relationship with physical security vendorProvides oversight and support for relationship with electronic security vendorMay be required to assist with training & ongoing monitoring of vendorsAssists with ensuring monthly work orders or preventative maintenance required in the physical / electronic security space are completed accordingly to global standardsIntegrates new sites or site expansions to Equinix standards within a diverse scopeInvolved in the specialised managing of all Data Center business continuity exercise programsQualifications5+ years of experience in relevant field of compliance or securityExperience within Data Centers highly preferredInformation Security, QISBC or EHS certification preferredWillingness to work and commute across SydneyMust have own vehicle with full drivers licenseAbility to attain and maintain NV1 security clearanceThe successful applicant will be offered a salary package including an annual bonus, company shares and healthcare allowance.
