That is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success. Job Summary As a Reporting & BI Analyst, you will support Revenue Operations by creating and delivering standardized reports, dashboards and analysis to different stakeholders to empower data driven decisions. You will help maintain confidence in reporting and ensuring robust, proactive processes that establish single source of truth. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and continuously monitoring and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of comfort understanding and working on data related to different business teams and needs, supporting global requests from cross functional stakeholders and a passion for analytics.  Responsibilities Reporting and Analytics: Builds, maintains, and improves critical dashboards and reports in Tableau, Salesforce or other tools that enable our business partners to drive sustainable growth and customer success. Will analyze large datasets to meet key metric needs of the business and work primarily with live data, ensure data accuracy and consistency of our analyticsProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data reporting processes, simplify how to unlock stakeholder value from our analytics and enhance trust in our dataStakeholder Management: Reaches out to stakeholders to clarify requests and debriefs to explain analytics and reporting once delivered. Follows up promptly and tracks actions to ensure meet stakeholder needsCollaboration: Work closely with global team, IT and cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of roadmap and alignment with our metrics and standardsCommunication: Strong communicator able to understand underlying business needs, translate to requirements and share back how we have solutioned from our data foundation in a concise and stakeholder friendly manner.
