This is a remote-based position located in United States / Canada.Calix partners with hundreds of broadband service providers (BSPs), including many who serve their local communities. These local providers have deep roots in their communities and have made it their mission to enhance their subscribers’ experience and well-being. Arlo Security presents yet another opportunity for Calix-partnered BSPs to tailor their Wi-Fi offerings to their subscribers’ unique needs, creating exceptional Wi-Fi experiences. Since Calix launched Arlo Secure in 2021, BSPs have leveraged Arlo to stand out in their markets, increase average revenue per user (ARPU) by as much as 92 percent, and enhance their Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The Solution Specialist is responsible for presenting product offerings and solutions in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in the company’s technology infrastructure, and to address all operational and technical questions throught the entire sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Specialist must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.Responsibilities and Duties:Deep understanding of our customers Go To Market (GTM) strategy and strategic goalsUnderstand the customer's needs and establish Calix’s security products as the best solution that solves the customer's challenges and goals. Work closely with internal partners within Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery to ensure our customers are well equipped to bring Arlo to market successfullyCustomer facing presentations and customized demonstration of Calix Cloud solutionsBasic project management, best practice documentation, and urgent escalation of support items outside of your capabilitiesCollaborative partnership with Arlo and support channelsEvangelism across industry stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and internal stakeholdersDeliver customized value presentations and demos of Calix products as well as the hardware associated with these solutions (ex: Arlo cameras).
