The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives fan-centric initiatives via Content, Product Marketing, Partnerships, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.THE JOBThis is a remarkable opportunity for a highly experienced and strategic Creative Director to join the North America Marketing leadership team. As a senior leader in this role, you will spearhead the development of groundbreaking creative concepts to support brand, product, and category marketing initiatives. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing an innovative and performant content strategy including design, copy, video, and editorial content. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in shaping the brand narrative for Ticketmaster in the US, ensuring impactful and consistent fan-facing communication with consistent tone of voice for the brand.In this influential position, you will showcase your passion for creative development and design, leveraging your extensive experience in developing content for consumer tech platforms. As the Head of Content, you will provide direct management of the Creative Design & Content, Creative Operations and Editorial and be accountable for generating content across all marketing and media channels.We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader who possesses a unique blend of creative genius and marketing acumen. With your expertise, you will provide strategic direction, offer feedback, and ensure the development of visually stunning and engaging design assets that align with Tech brand guidelines.Lead the editorial content development efforts. This includes managing a team of writers, ensuring the creation of compelling and SEO-optimized written content.Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the brand's goals. Your strategies will encompass various channels and formats, including websites, blogs, social media, and other relevant platforms, to maximize brand exposure and engagement.You will foster strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and senior executives. By understanding their goals and aligning content strategies accordingly, you will drive effective communication and ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.Utilizing analytics tools and data-driven insights, you will continuously evaluate the performance of content initiatives.
