We're looking for an enthusiastic Manager, Digital Strategy to join our North American Marketing Team. This role will primarily focus on social media reporting, aiding in the day-to-day creation of creative social assets, and assisting in the management of our social influencer agency partners. Deep knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads and emerging social platforms.Industry Insight: Proven experience or strong interest in the music, sports, or entertainment sectors.Social Media Reporting: Hands-on experience with social listening tools and analytics platforms to produce actionable reports, set KPIs, and monitor campaign success.Creative Asset Development: Skill in assisting with the daily management and development of social media assets, from conceptualization to deployment.Influencer Agency Coordination: Experience in assisting with the management of social influencer agencies, including campaign planning and execution.Community Management Skills: Ability in engaging with and nurturing online communities, with a focus on maintaining a consistent brand voice and fostering two-way communication.Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly for various internal and external audiences.Project Collaboration: Effective team coordination skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.YOU (BEHAVIORAL SKILLS)The ideal candidate is a high-energy, strategic, and highly creative individual, possessing a strong sense of urgency with a track record of success.
