At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!THE JOBThe Director, Venue Marketing will report to the VP, Venue Marketing and will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing programs for venue products & venue branding across fan touch points including onsite placements, web, app, social and email. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue through the development of marketing strategies designed to grow awareness of our hospitality focused initiatives that grow ancillary revenue and improve our guest experience. This role will work closely with general managers of our owned and operated venues to understand venue marketing needs and ensure strategic alignment and delivery of required marketing materials to our venues. This role will work cross functionally with creative, PR and social teams to oversee the development of marketing content and messaging, and work in close alignment with the LNE digital and regional and tour marketing teams.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO• Work with venue GMs & ops teams across region to develop strategy for ancillary & hospitality marketing needs• Effectively prioritize and execute the delivery of venue marketing needs including but not limited to:• In venue advertising collateral (e.g., in venue billboards / ad placements for upcoming events)• In venue signage and other marketing collateral (signage for operational needs e.g., directing traffic, safety protocol etc.)• Any online / offline needs for any venue brand campaigns (non-show campaigns)• Social campaigns for venue brands• Venue PR needs including announcements of new openings, new hospitality offering etc.• Work with F&B regional lead to align on strategy, ensure F&B marketing needs are being maximized across venue touchpoints• Oversee regional Venue Marketing efforts and set baseline metrics to monitor progress and performance. Ensure work is completed to business standards and in a timely manner. Monitor performance to identify areas of opportunity.• Manage marketing workflows, approvals and assignments across venue marketing coordinator(s) and enable close collaboration with analytics, LNE Digital, creative, social, PR, regional and tour marketing teams where applicable• Partner to Regional Marketing lead to ensure staffing and procedural alignment between all Live Nation Concerts O&O and Exclusively Booked Venue Marketers & Regional Marketing• Partner with the Regional Marketing team to implement show support on socials, in emails, on websites and in venue• Work with Director, Premium Sales Marketing on support plans across venue touchpoints• Work with Director, Special Events to drive support across venue touchpoints• Oversees venue social media for venues in their region, working with Regional Community Manager to implement an annual plan designed to grow social followers and venue product exposure while increasing engagement across all platforms• Work with central social team to ensure best practices and latest trends roll across venue social handles and that process outlined in Playbook is being followed• Partner with Regional marketing for new venue launches and creation of all new venue touchpoints• Oversee marketing budgets and operate within established financial parameters• Work with Venue Guest Services to maintain fan communication & customer service best practices across venue touchpoints• Assist in developing new processes to streamline projects for the team/company in collaboration with marketing operations• Day of show event coverage as necessaryWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING• Minimum 10+ years marketing experience with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns• Experience working in music, hospitality or entertainment preferred• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to professionally present marketing concepts and strategies to artist management.• Experience managing various stakeholders and driving alignment across teams• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks• Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills• Active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small• A highly organized person who enjoys working on multiple campaigns at the same time and can balance tasks effectively• Strong Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite skills• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and multimedia management software preferred• Proficiency in HTML and CSS a plus• Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau preferred• Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/toolsBENEFITS & PERKS - Our motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:• HEALTH: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for you and your family, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)• YOURSELF: Paid time off policy including holidays, sick time, and day off for your birthday, free concert tickets• WEALTH: 401(k) program with company match, Stock Program Reimbursement• FAMILY: New parent programs & support including caregiver leave and baby bonus, infertility support• CAREER: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment internal growth and development programs & trainings• OTHERS: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding networkEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
