WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING You will be the linchpin and point of contact for Universe, our self-service platform in the ticketing sector. Managing the existing customer portfolio and paving the way for future team expansion will be central to your role. Leveraging a strategic consulting approach, you will assist discerning customers in optimizing their events, tours, and festivals within our platform. Seamless collaboration with all internal service departments is crucial Ownership of contract renewals and revenue planning will be your responsibility. Your prowess in data analysis and your ability to independently derive and implement necessary measures will propel us toward our goals. Market analysis and feedback contribution will be instrumental in continuously enhancing our products and partnerships. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) You boast a record of accomplishment of effective customer engagement and approach problem-solving holistically. Your can-do attitude is matched only by your strong sense of teamwork. You possess proficiency in both spoken and written German and English. A passion for digital solutions, a penchant for live entertainment, and an eagerness to contribute within an international corporation define your professional outlook. YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS) Client-Facing Expertise: Proven experience in client-facing roles within the entertainment industry. Motivation & Conscientiousness: Highly motivated and conscientious individual. Communication & Customer Care: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when needed. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business and commercial aspects. Effective Communication: Confident telephone and face-to-face interactions with the public.
