Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.This is a newly created role – a focused position on ad product support within the LN international data team which works with teams around the world – EMEA, APAC, LATAM and more. This is a great and unique opportunity to step into the media data usage involving ad tech, commercial and analysis.The position itself will consist of maintaining audience segmentation and ad product performance. Also, being a day-to-day support to internal stakeholders (e.g. media services and sponsorship teams) and delivering actionable insights.What it’s like to work in the TeamYou’ll be a part of the central international data team which works in an open, flexible and approachable environment. We work with innovative data platforms and own key data projects, working with various stakeholders at all levels across the UK, US and internationally. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to contribute to our core value of excellence in data usefulness!Who you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceExperience of working in Ad Ops, Ad Tech or in relevant roles with experience in data in media, audience segmentation and delivering insights.Experience in Ad Tech (e.g. DMP, DSP, SSP) and digital media channels (social and display).Experience in Google Analytics is required (+ GTM is a plus).Experience in Google Looker Studio is a plus.Knowledge of the digital media landscape.Knowledge of how data is transferred across the internet, with basic technical knowledge and understanding of how tracking pixels works.Proven Microsoft Excel skills.Analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Understanding of GDPR and its impact on data collection would be advantageous.BehavioursA proactive, collaborative and organised working style.Understand needs of teams - offer ideas and get involved.Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.Consultative, insightful and passionate.Attention to detail and quality-oriented.What the role InvolvesMedia ad products – support day-to-day operations and quality maintenance.Audience segmentation – create and manage audience segmentations and conduct analysis/research to identify opportunities for media campaigns.Audience insights – deliver appealing audience insights to support sponsorship deals and stay up to date with the latest trends and development in paid media, digital marketing and the entertainment industry.Audience tools – manage dashboards/infographics of day-to-day operations.Reporting – run regular reports for audience and product performance monitoring.Data solutions support – provide support in the processing of future proof ad product planning.
