THE ROLEThe Compliance Manager will work within the Governance, Risk, Compliance team and partner with the Legal team and Business Leaders across the organization to implement and maintain a robust compliance program focused on governing regulatory areas including anti-corruption, antitrust, accessibility, human trafficking, third-party risk, etc. This work will also include Live Nation's third parties companies and mergers & acquisitions. The role is responsible for supporting policy development, implementation, and training, applicable reporting, as well as ensuring that issues identified internally and externally are remediated and learnings are incorporated into programs to prevent future issues. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOConduct regular GAP analysis on new and updated controls and best practices in the industrySupport the development and execution of the Company's global ethics & compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations across it’s global footprint.
