Senior Accountant

Job Description:Integral Ad Science is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The role will report to the Accounting Manager and will be part of a team of three core accounting team members based in Singapore that oversee all accounting functions across the APAC region.The Senior Accountant will evaluate and assist with daily controllership activities and assist in developing and implementing financial procedures. The candidate should have a strong understanding of general accounting and must be detail oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This position will have frequent interactions with cross-functional teams within the organization; including Tax, Payroll, AP, Billing & Collections and ITJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey member and contributor to the monthly close process including submission and review of monthly entries and analytical review of resultsOversee daily transactions including general ledger and bank reconciliationsReview operating expense accounts and AP invoices for accuracy and approvalReview balance sheet account reconciliationsAssist with annual financial statement audits by providing analysis and supporting documentationAssist with local tax filings by providing reports and supporting documentationProvide support on banking operations and administrationAssist with various ad-hoc projectsAssist in establishing accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiencyKey RequirementsIdeally 3-5 years accounting experience (with 1-2 years of audit experience preferred)Proven track record working across APAC countries such as Singapore, Japan, Australia and IndiaStrong interpersonal skills with others and ability to present results and analysis in a clear and concise mannerAbility to identify potential issues, resolve if possible and escalate as neededProficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Excel, and experience with accounting software (Workday preferred)Professional with a strong understanding of US and local GAAP Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks with guidanceStrong attention to detailProactive and able to work independently Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in AccountingCPA License desirable About Integral Ad ScienceIntegral Ad Science (IAS) is the global market leader in digital ad verification, offering technologies that drive high-quality advertising media.
