They will report to the head of FP&A in Japan. The individual will be responsible for coordinating monthly and quarterly planning and reporting processes at the same time supporting business decisions through data retrieval and quantitative analysis.This demanding role requires a candidate who can quickly become familiar with the Marketplace business model and the associated metrics and is able to apply this knowledge to analyze specific issues. This position offers excellent personal and career development opportunities to the right candidate.Working Location: Seoul BasedKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial ReportingResponsible for daily/weekly reports on key business drivers to track top line metricsPrepare accruals for monthly and quarterly closing to be in line with accounting policyPlanning and AnalysisUnderstand Revenue structure and manage it with analytical processIdentify and analyze critical business trends and monitor impact of key initiativesResponsible for all aspects of managing and tracking expense budgets, targets and forecasts and analyze expense variances to budget, target and forecast with detailsAnalytical supportCo-work with analytics team and enable fact-based decision making and strategy development.
