Our Member to Member (M2M) team is part of the Global Customer Experience Department. This is a phone based role, where you will review customer concerns and appeals, providing mediation and conflict resolution to eBay members regarding returns and item not received cases.Responsibilities:Provide conflict resolution support via phone to passionate eBay membersAct as a mediator between buyers and sellers, using step-based resolutions, that are not conclusive on every callProvide policy-based resolutions on disputes. These disputes can include cases where a buyer has not received an item, received a damaged item or when a buyer is looking to return an item for remorse reasonsReview appeals where sellers or buyers are appealing eBay case decisionsMake and deliver decisions that will negatively impact one party.
