This role will be instrumental in building our scalable, AI-powered, and intelligent Risk Decision and Insights platform and will be responsible for crafting the product's strategy and coordinating its execution. We're looking for someone who possesses hands-on experience in platform development and a deep understanding of marketplace risk dynamics. Possess insight into how fraudsters may exploit Gen AI. You will build solutions using Gen AI technologies to deliver an innovative 'Platform as a Service' solution that effectively addresses the ever-evolving landscape of risk trends.ResponsibilitiesCreate Product Vision & Strategy. Lead the comprehensive vision and end-to-end execution of Intelligence and Decision pillars of Risk PlatformDevelop a compelling and iterative roadmap and launch plan that supports Risk business needsObsess the Customer & Overall Quality of Experiences. Demonstrate a relentless focus to listen to our users and feed their voice into our product development processCommunicate effectively with platform users to collect requirements and drive adoption of new capabilities. Be the voice of and evangelize the Risk Platform capabilities across the Payments/Risk org and broader eBay organizationCollaborate with senior leaders across Risk management team to align platform visions and goals with other functionsRole Requirements - The Basics:Minimum of 8+ years of Product Management experience with expertise in one or more of following areas - Risk, Payments or e-Commerce3+ years of experience of building ML apps at scale2+ years experience in core platform product management. Knowledge of Decision Platforms for Fraud Detection/Risk Management and/or Building Machine Learning Infrastructure is a huge plus.Bachelor’s degree, MS/MBA preferredAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven and analytical approachExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and proven ability to influence senior management across different organizationsSelf-starter with the ability to present/assert/pursue independent ideas and drive them to execution with minimal mentorship; think strategically and implement tactically#LI-AC1#LI-HybridBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
