This role will play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing site experience enhancements, events planning, market data analysis, trading support, and serving as the primary point of contact for key projects. If you are a multi-talented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Site experience enhancement: collaborate with the team to improve the site experience for Parts and Accessories category, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient user experience. Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to recommend and implement enhancements.Events planning: coordinate and execute events related to Parts and Accessories, like industry exhibitions. Manage event logistics, budgets, and post-event evaluations.Market data analysis: gather and analyze market data relevant to the Parts and Accessories category. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.Trading support: collaborate with traders and analysts to provide administrative and operational support for trading activities. Monitor trade execution processes, ensure accuracy, and assist with reconciliation, reporting, and compliance tasks.Project coordination: act as the central point of contact for assigned projects, like users’ lists and educational initiatives, and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.Proven experience (+3years) in trading support and project coordination, preferably with a focus on Parts and Accessories category.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in trading platforms and software.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A willingness to ‘Be the customer’ on eBay and a strong desire to help eBay winExcellent working knowledge of the eBay site and marketplace dynamics - experience buying or selling on eBay highly desirable.Benefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
