The role will be based in the UK and lead a team of 2 CRM managers. Your team is part of the global C2C CRM team which owns the full customer lifecycle of C2C sellers in US, UK, and DE. As Head of C2C Growth you focus on existing private sellers to drive selling frequency and build a lifelong and trustful relationship with our customers.You and your team are responsible for defining the CRM strategy and developing and optimizing scalable, customer-focused CRM programs. These programs are based on insights and customer needs and help our C2C sellers with relevant, valuable, and engaging content within the right time of their customer journey.Key focus areas include partnering with the C2C CRM acquisition & onboarding team and the global brand to ensure a smooth customer journey and consistently deliver our C2C value proposition and eBay brand. You are also working closely with our CRM Enablement team, which implements the programs in close collaboration with your team.This role is essential to deliver on our C2C strategy and to drive long-term customer growth for our overall eBay ecosystem. Customers who sell are more active and have a better retention rate. C2C is also a key pillar in our overall strategy and brand differentiation.The leader of this team needs to be analytically paired with critical thinking to define clear priorities for their team. To ensure team alignment, you must foster positive relationships with key team members in a sophisticated global environment.Key areas of responsibilityDefine the CRM strategy and quarterly priorities for your team and align the plan with key stakeholders in the organization.Identify strategic C2C audiences for existing private sellers, including clearly defined objectives for each customer segment.Develop and optimize a portfolio of CRM Programs to drive selling frequency and selling value per selling day.Cultivate a hypothesis-driven test-and-learn attitude based on customer insights and AB testing.Develop a report to measure the success of the programs and the overall seller funnel health of the existing sellers.Be the primary contact for C2C CRM in the UK and ensure that UK customer needs and strategy are reflected in the C2C CRM approach.Coach and develop talent across the team, building culture, setting goals, establishing standards, and achieving outcomes.Collaborate with the brand team and ensure relevant and valuable key messages for the customer segments, delivering our overall C2C proposition.Collaborate with the C2C CRM Acquisition and Customer Moment UK teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging for our customers.Requirements7 + years of experience in CRM or similar marketing role, preferably within a Marketplace or Online shop and at a large scaleFirst experience in leading and running a small team, setting clear objectives, and driving performance.Shown ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.Strong conceptual and analytical skills paired with sharp critical thinking and the ability to present clearly defined and structured plans to the leadership team.Excellent Marketing expertise with the ability to develop customer-focused plans along the customer funnel and lifecycle.Good Eye for creatives, copy, and design details to ensure the high quality of our messaging.Proven track record to foster partnerships with key partners and get strong team alignment.Ability to balance, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Comfortable withWorking in a sophisticated, global, and fast-moving environmentBuilding scalable, automated CRM programs by demonstrating technology and dataCollaborating with diverse collaborators to deliver great customer experiences.Don’t meet every single requirement?
