Blue Yonder Title:Associate Business Consultant (ABC) – Warehouse Management SystemOverview: The Associate Business Consultant is an entry-level role that will work with Blue Yonder customers to better understand their needs and how Blue Yonder’s products or services will fit those needs.Scope:The Associate Business Consultant will spend their time learning everything they can about a variety of different industry verticals and Blue Yonder products.This role will capture design details, assist in configuration, testing of JDA products, and support go-live and client activities regarding Blue Yonder implementation projects.Associate Business Consultant will be a willing learner, have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.What you'll do:With guidance and direction from Solution Architects or senior team members, this position will assist and support all aspects of BY Deployment activitiesSupports the project team as the scribe during meetings in design, construct, test, deploy, and transition phasesCreates functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectivesAssists and supports project team with configuration and testing of the designed solutionAssists and supports customer with their testing and training activitiesPrepares and delivers presentations to customers and JDA internal teamsProvides training to end usersProvides application support during the 'go-live' periodActs as the liaison of the project team to deliver findings of basic reported issues to the clientProvides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrityCreates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the projectWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree required; Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering degree, Information systems, Computer Science preferredAvailable for Full-Time Employment (min. 40 hours weekly)1+ years of experience in a supply chain environment preferredUnderstanding of basic SQLRDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle)API and testing APIs is a plusWindows Server, Linux or Unix Operating System is a plusConsulting experience is a plusAbility to travel extensively (up to 75% travel)Experience working with Warehouse or Transportation Management software products a plusExcellent presentation skills and demonstrated experienceAbility to make sound decisions with a high degree of problem solving capabilityCapable of facilitating meetings (design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc.)Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills to include the ability to mentor, coach and trainGood communication, client relationship and analytical skillsEnglish level advanced (written, reading and speaking)Well-organized with ability to meet deadlines and multi-taskAbility to work with minimal supervision after a period of trainingFlexible and maintains a teamwork attitudeUnderstanding of basic SQLUnderstanding of Microservice based solutions, Using APIs is a plusExperience in cloud native SaaS solutions a plus#LI-RemoteOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
