Associate Technical ConsultantKey Responsibilities:With guidance and direction from Architects or senior team members, gather requirements for technical architecture and assist with installation, setup, patching/upgrades and configuration activities.With guidance and direction from Architects or senior team members, assist with development of scripts and integrations on BY’s preferred integration platform using BY recommended integration templates, scripts and patternsAssists with environment creation, software installation, technical configuration, access, deployment, monitoring, and upgrade/patching during all phases of implementation.Triage basic technical issues and open cases / follow up on cases with BY Solution Support teams, BY Customers, By Partners and communicate with them on as needed basis.Help Develop and deliver any collateral/documentation required for the project and/or technical practice.Document technical steps and procedures for each major work activity following templates and checklists.Required SkillsBachelor's Degree required; Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems or equivalent degree0-3 year of consulting experience.Coursework or related work experience with Relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle), SQL, Understanding of Windows and Linux/Unix Operating Systems, Scripting languages – Python, Shell and PowerShellAny coursework related to ML (Machine Learning) algorithmic engines and concepts is a plus.Any course work or internship experience related to Cloud based platforms like Azure or AWS, SaaS solutions would be a plusExperience working with any Planning or Execution Systems is a plus.Experience working with any of the Integration Tools /iPaaS solutions like – MuleSoft, Informatica, Tibco is a plus.Excellent presentation skills and experience.Ability to adapt and respond to fast moving & changing project environmentsCapable of facilitating (design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc.) meetings.Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills to include the ability to mentor, coach and train.Good communication and analytical skills.Well organized and ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.Ability to work with minimal supervision after a period of guided training, shadowing, and self-learning.Flexible and maintains a teamwork attitude.Ability to work in EU.Fluent in German or French would be highly desiredOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
