Overview Blue Yonder is looking for a talented, results-driven senior field marketing manager to join our award-winning, fast-paced, energetic marketing team and drive growth initiatives with the sales and business development teams. With company roots in Germany and the world of AI/ML, the opportunities are infinite and the room for growth exponential. This position will play a key role in expanding our reach in the DACH market, working closely with our PR, partner alliances and the field. The successful candidate will bring passion, ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to the role and will have demonstrated a proven track record of success in driving Demand Gen marketing results, preferably within the IT industry. Our candidate has prior experience creating local content, meeting local habits of reception - comfortably adapting the messaging to aid in the expansion of brand awareness and impact in a local voice. The ideal marketer has strong campaign execution experience, a business-oriented approach to reporting on results of the campaigns and partnering with a sales organization. Scope: · Working cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, product management, alliances, cloud, and customer success teams, you will develop compelling go-to-market plans, messaging/content, marketing strategy, and campaigns that will drive pipeline, revenue, and new business for the DACH region. · The role scope is for the DACH region and will include manufacturing, retail, and logistics industriesWhat you will do: · Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns by collaborating with sales, product marketing, creative marketing, corporate communications, press relations, customer marketing and other stakeholders across various channels, including account-based marketing, email marketing, webinars, industry and Blue Yonder hosted events, digital advertising, direct mail and/or social media marketing to achieve lead generation and sales goals. · Execute innovative and creative Demand Gen programs to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement. · Manage campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time, with precision and on brand. · Engage the Blue Yonder partner ecosystem in mutually beneficial co-marketing initiatives, managing many vital stakeholders and expectations across teams and companies. · Measure and analyze all marketing efforts for sales teams and senior leadership; establish regular reporting cadence, present outcomes and recommendations for improvement. · Work with internal team to effectively train and share messaging to optimize marketing program adoption and lead follow-up process. What we are looking for: · 7+ years in the marketing area in a variety of roles including demand generation and field marketing · Mother tongue German and fluent in English · Experience from helping US based companies market their global solutions in the DACH region· Prior experience working closely with the sales team, preferably within a SaaS company is highly desired · Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and tracking marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenue · Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs · Strong communication, interpersonal skills and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross functional teams across domestic and international markets · Confident working closely with leadership to support the overall business goals · Demonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics, metrics and working within automation tools such as Marketo, SFDC or similar · Experience with account-based marketing tools such as 6Sense, Triblio, DemandBase, etc. is a plus · Excellent project management skills · Strong understanding of budget management · Some travel is required Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
