Scope:Will be part of the Blue Yonder Presales team to design & configure product demonstrations to meet the requirements of the prospect. Collaborate and coordinate with regional pre-sales team during these phases of creating demo stories, building product demos and help prepare the presentations. The scope of the products will be within the execution suite (OMS/TMS/WMS).What you’ll do:Assists with technical support to demo environments.Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools.Develops in depth knowledge of industry standard integrations.Provides solutions to ad hoc requirements around modifying integrations.Demonstrates good understanding of supply chain domain and solutions.Will be up to speed on an overview of TMS, WMS & OMS products of Blue Yonder.Collaborate extensively with a broad ecosystem within Blue Yonder, which includes all levels of the Pre-Sales organization, Product Development.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Follows standard processes and procedures.Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks.Plans and prioritizes work.Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers.Independently perform all the tasks provided in day-to-day work.Able to handle deliverables with minimal direction.Completes assigned work within the allotted time.Perform various ad-hoc tasks to support the Sales department.Effectively communicate in a virtual working environment with team members across globe and communicate effectively with team members in the local office.Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all functions of Blue Yonder to effectively drive the achievement of goals.What we are looking for:Graduate / Postgraduate degree with 5 years of relevant work experience.Strong hands-on experience of working in Java and Java script, Spring Boot and microservices.Python and Analytics knowledge is a plus.Understanding of Supply chain domain is a plus.Competent working and hands-on knowledge of production/application integrations.Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts / domains as needs arise.Strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships across business units for collaboration and joint analysis.Good English language communication skills, both verbal and written.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
