Scope:Blue Yonder Transformation Advisory team consultant will be responsible to work with Global Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting teams, leveraging financial analysis skills, research skills and industry knowledge, combined with Blue Yonder solution familiarity and business experience.Individual should be passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills – verbal & written.Responsibilities:Work to support the Global Transformation Advisory and Sales team, leveraging financial analytic skills, industry knowledge, combined with Blue Yonder solution familiarity and business experience.Carry out financial analysis on prospect companies by reading companies annual reports and perform their peer analysis.Perform secondary research to gauge supply chain performance of companies.Perform descriptive data analysis on operational/supply chain data and provide meaningful insightsBuilt up financial prototypes to way in sector trends for industries across globe.Built up financial business case and ROI modelsIndustry and Market Analyses: Conducting in-depth industry research, identifying key trends, players, their strength and strategies, growth drivers and challenges faced in the industry.Research, analyze, and present industry, and company information, to senior sales and presales consultants, using secondary research resources.Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all functions of Blue Yonder to effectively drive the achievement of goals.Desired skills and experience:              Relevant experience: 2 to 6 years3+ years’ experience in the supply chain area (Manufacturing, Retail or Warehouse/Transportation domains); preferably in a consulting/pre-sales roleStrong knowledge and experience in the core principles and methodologies of supply chain managementStrong knowledge in building insights by reading the financial statements like P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statementsStrong background in financial and quantitative analysisStrong research and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform secondary research on companies and competitors and creates advisory documents for the sales teamCreative, imaginative, and ability to see trends and patterns in numbers across industriesIn-depth understanding of the supply chain management processDemonstrated teamwork skills for coordinating and facilitating across geographic locationsOutstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsProficient Computer skills, including advanced functions in Excel and Power point.
