The team, spanning across EMEA, India, and North America, is relying on you to deliver on our commitment to rapid growth within the Product Development department.As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will become a product champion for our EMEA region. You are going to be the first line of defence for our Product Development (PD) and Product Management teams, as well as a competent partner for our dynamic field teams, including Sales, Presales, Deploy, and Operate functions.On a given day, your responsibilities include:Actively collaborate with field teams to promote the new offerings developed by the PD teams, driving their adoption and sales.Support the implementation of Industry Solution offers, alongside field project teams.Provide our field teams with invaluable insights into business and domain aspects, related to features developed by the e2e product organisation.Enforce alignment of Product Development, Sales, and Presales teams to seize market opportunities and increase solution adoption.Augment processes, collaboration, and best practices across e2e Solution team, Product Development, and Product Management.Play a key role in designing functional processes and workflows for our solution suites.Identify requirements and business use-cases (scenarios), contributing to product documentation, and ensuring the solutions built meet business desires.Stay ahead of industry trends and apply them to our solution offers.Communicate to the director and product management levels, to raise awareness of potential risks related to applications during onboarding and operation.Enhance field teams' readiness through training and enablement sessions.What you need for the role:5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain solution deployments, ideally Blue Yonder/JDA.5+ years of domain expertise in supply chain, spanning different segments (Manufacturing, Retail, and Execution).A solid grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes.Understand how Blue Yonder/JDA solutions (e.g., Demand, D360, ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, IO, Category Management, WMS, TMS) are configured to optimize business processes.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.A relentless mindset to shape and enforce solution standards.The ability to engage with stakeholders and colleagues in discussions about both functional processes and technical aspects.A startup mentality with its special sense of enthusiasm, enabling you to work independently, effectively, and proactively.A passion for working with new technologies and products, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.Join us and be a part of our innovative team, shaping the future of end-to-end solutions in the ever-evolving world of product development.
