Position TBusiness ConsultantLocationMonterrey MX/ remoteOverviewThe Business Consultant is an entry-level role that will work with Blue Yonder customers to better understand their needs and how Blue Yonder’s products or services will fit those needs. The Business Consultant will spend their time learning everything they can about a variety of different industry verticals and Blue Yonder products. This role will capture design details, assist in configuration, testing of Blue Yonder products, and support go-live and client activities regarding BY implementation projects. A successful Business Consultant will be a willing learner, have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesWith guidance and direction from Solution Architects or senior team members, this position will assist and support all aspects of Blue Yonder’s implementation activitiesSupports the project team as the scribe during meetings in design, construct, test, deploy, and transition phasesCreates functional specifications (PRS) for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectivesAssists and supports project team with configuration and testing of the designed solutionAssists and supports customer with their testing and training activitiesPrepares and delivers presentations for user, project team management audiencesExecute training to end usersProvides non-technical support during the 'go-live' periodAct as the liaison of the project team to deliver findings of basic reported issues to the clientCreates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the projectQualificationsAvailable for Full-Time Employment (min. 40 hours weekly)Bachelor’s degree required; Major in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering preferredDemonstrated supply chain internship experience while attending university0-1 year of consulting experienceAbility to travel extensively (up to 75% travel)Experience working with Supply Chain Planning, Transportation Management or Warehouse Management software products a plusUnderstanding of basic SQLExcellent presentation skills and demonstrated experienceAbility to make sound decisions with a high degree of problem solving capabilityCapable of facilitating meetings (design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc.)Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills to include the ability to mentor, coach and trainGood communication and analytical skillsWell-organized with ability to meet deadlines and multi-taskAbility to work with minimal supervision after a period of trainingFlexible and maintains a teamwork attitudeThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
