Technical Architect

Overview:Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.Scope:The Technical Architect is responsible for working with global functional and technical teams through various customer engagements to gather and guide the technical Cloud implementation requirements for Blue Yonder TMS projects.What you’ll do:Act as the Blue Yonder technical point of contact for internal stakeholders during Blue Yonder TMS customer development projectsDesign and extend the Blue Yonder TMS CI/CD automation pipelines to support the Blue Yonder Azure Cloud deployment architecture.Maintain and enhance the existing automation toolset using PowerShell, Ansible, GitHub and PythonRecommend and implement Cloud Architecture and Technical Best Practices in support of the Blue Yonder TMS Professional Services Development TeamWork closely with the Blue Yonder TMS Product Development and Solution Expert teams to address complex Customer issue troubleshooting and resolution.Promote quality and continuous improvement though solution design and code reviews.Guide technical upgrades and rollouts, by helping on code, deployment, and technical troubleshooting.Continuous learning on latest Blue Yonder TMS SolutionsContinuous knowledge sharing and mentorship of other teams.Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as warranted by the situation in critical times or to manage customer escalations.Able to take on-call escalations.Understand and embrace a fast-paced, sense of urgency environment.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
