The Marketing Associate/Manager for Retail (region TBD) is responsible for the strategic B2B marketing plan development and execution for the defined countries while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall GTM strategy and messaging. The job requires regular communication with EMEA and corporate marketing team members and requires good campaign and lead generation management skills and good PR experience. Skilled to drive events and campaigns for EMEA countries/regions as well. The Marketing Manager will also be part of marketing projects at the EMEA and international level. Job location is Paris, Bracknell, Stockholm, Bruxelles, Amsterdam or London.Responsibilities Responsible for regional strategic marketing plan development including budgeting and plan executionManaging B2B marketing programs with a strong focus on lead generation: campaigns, events, customer marketing initiatives, ABMCoordinating with business development, alliances, and sales teams for the related countriesLead, develop, and manage events (in person and/or online) to ensure delivery is professional, timely and cost-effectiveManage localization of campaigns in alignment with the Campaign Program Manager’sLiaising with sales teams to arrange customer references, press releasesCollaboration with Partners to develop co-marketing campaigns/eventsOversee localization of French & Italian websiteManaging marketing-related vendorsMarketing research and segmentationROI analysis for marketing activities and budget trackingWillingness to travel (Up to 30%)Qualifications Graduate, preferably in marketing or business-related disciplineStrong post-graduate experience in B2B marketing, branding, and PR/communicationsStrong project management and organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing demands in a timely and professional manner.Creativity and demonstrated ability to think innovatively and quicklyEnergetic and results-oriented individual with a strong “can-do attitude”.Ability and desire to work in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.Must speak and write English fluently.Knowledge of a third language among the following is welcome: Italian, Spanish, Dutch, ArabicVery strong communication skillsExcellent IT and analytical skills including knowledge of digital marketing and social platformsPrevious experience of working both independently (with remote management) and in teams across EuropeJunior people management experience is a plusDesirable Skills/Experience:Experience in working in a company with US headquartersExperience of working in IT/software/application sectorsKnowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Sitecore, Teams/Zoom applicationsKnowledge of regional markets dynamics for the retail sectorOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
