Scope: Core responsibilities include engaging in Strategic Opportunity Assessments (SOAs) and Strategic Impact Assessments (SIAs) and assist in developing, prescriptive Point of View workshops.What you'll do:Successfully engage in Strategic Opportunity AssessmentsConduct site surveys, interviews and workshops, engage with executives and/or individual contributors at clients develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, as-is business processes and associated business challengesLeveraging industry and solution expertise, BY knowledgebase or other sources develop a hypothesis on customer’s key business issues and their potential root causesGuide data analysts in conducting operational data analysis to gain insights into clients business and prove or disprove the hypothesis on the business issues and potential root causesBenchmark client’s performance with industry best in class and conduct gap analysisDevelop recommendations for process, governance and IT improvements to transform client’s supply chain or relevant business process to that of best in class.Map the recommendations to specific BY solution enablersQuantify the improvement opportunities and the business impact from BY recommendations and solutions.Develop a transformational roadmap to deploy BY recommendations and solutions for maximum ROI and minimum Time to ValuePresent a clear, concise and compelling argument to differentiate BY recommendations and solutions with proof pointsDrive consensus within client base on the BY recommendations and ROIEnsure consistency and quality of client deliverablesSuccessfully conduct, or assist in developing, prescriptive Point of View workshopsUnderstand prospects or clients business practices by conducting discovery or assessmentDevelop a prescriptive point of view on what practices the client should adopt to get best in class maturityPresent the point of view with clear articulation of proof points and the business impact of the recommendations and BY solutionsSuccessfully engage in Strategic Impact Assessments (SIAs)Conduct a disciplined series of reviews to help quantify the delivered value and ensure that the full value of BY enabled solution is realizedDevelop recommendations to further transform client’s supply chain or relevant business process to be best in class.Clearly articulate the business impact of the to-be recommendations and potential expansion of BY solutionsDevelop roadmap to deploy additional BY recommendations and solutions for maximum ROI and minimum Time to ValuePresent a clear, concise and compelling argument to differentiate BY recommendations and solutions with proof pointsWhat we are looking for:A domain expert that can guide clients towards process improvement to deliver value and productivity.A domain expert in complex sales cycles.Experience assisting sales teams in building and presenting SOA, SIA, POV proposals to prospective and existing clients.Recognized as a thought leader.Demonstrated success preparing and delivering presentations and publications for industry conferences.*L1-HH-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $167,000.00The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
