Overview:Blue Yonder is looking for a highly motivated, creative and experienced Demand Generation/Field marketer to jump start our Campaigns & ABM (Account Based Marketing) efforts and drive growth initiatives with sales team for key target accounts.The successful candidate will bring passion, ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit to the role. Will be responsible for coming up with end-to-end Campaigns & ABM’s  projects that get us noticed (and ultimately to the decision-making table) to drive pipeline and revenue.The ideal marketer has strong pipeline generation and campaign execution experience in a fast-paced environment, a business-oriented approach to reporting on results of campaigns, and a collaborative attitude with the sales organization, marketing colleagues and other departments inside and outside the company.The individual must be strong both on the strategic level and on the tactical/execution level. The candidate  should have a successful track record of partnering with multiple disciplines to drive visibility, engagement and demand in accounts including sales, business development, industry strategy, product management, solutions marketing, digital/creative teams, content, corporate communications, and alliance marketing.What you’ll do:Develop end-to-end integrated campaigns & ABM’s  into the retail, manufacturing, and logistics industries by collaborating with sales, product marketing, creative marketing, and other stakeholders across various channels including digital advertising, direct mail, virtual and in-person events, and moreExecute innovative and creative Demand Gen programs to generate pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurementWork with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed the marketing plan objectivesFocus on the buyers’ journey and selected personas leveraging insights into content and tactic preference by persona mapped to sales stages to deliver the right program and content at the right time.Design & execute 1:1/1:few marketing campaigns to key target accountsWork with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within the key target accounts; and drive the development and management of all data and insights to inform the addition of other key personas and contacts as necessary into the mix and within the total account scope.Measure, analyze and report on the impact of Campaigns & ABM  programs across sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced)Develop and provide ongoing sales communication to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow up on marketing generated leadsWhat we are looking for: 10+ years in the marketing area in a variety of roles including demand generation, digital marketing and/or field marketing.Successful track record of developing and executing B2B Demand Gen programs, inclusive of executive level, and customer facing marketing programsA strong marketing discipline, cross-functional and proven project management skills to translate ideas into reality with little guidanceThrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solveTeam player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersExperience with Email Automation, Marketo preferredExperience with SalesForce.com, preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point and ExcelOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
