Previous FMCG category management experience is essential, either with a retailer or supplier. Work with PMG Program Lead to develop product requirements and roadmaps consistent with company vision ·Work with PD Product Owners to review customer issues about product functionality ·Work with customers to understand their business problems; work with PD Product Owners to resolve those problems · Work with PD Product Owners, customers, and market to identify solution opportunities and establish roadmaps · Incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to identify ways to expand product market reach · Communicate roadmaps; internal/externalWhat we are looking for: Min 10+ years of relevant CATMAN experience- Retail Domain preferred.Experience of the overall category management process. Experience in Category Management tools, particularly planning and optimization.Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. Assists Project Managers in planning efforts. Communicates and/or supports the business cases to PMG and PD regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements. Conducts/leads business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications. Develops functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectives and are of sound design. Work with PD Product Owners to review customer issues about product functionality.Work with customers to understand their business problems; work with PD Product Owners to resolve those problems. Work with PD Product Owners, customers, and market to identify solution opportunities and establish roadmaps.Incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to identify ways to expand product market reach. Communicate roadmaps; internal/external.Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors. Travel readiness based on business needs.*LI-SR1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: $127,160.00 – $184,415.00 USD.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
