Electronics (E-Lab) TechnicianStatus: Non-Exempt (hourly)                                                            Department: Operations, E-LabPosition SummaryThe E-Lab Tech works to ensure that PCBA repairs, reworks, diagnostics, testing and projects are completed timely and with the highest quality standards.  The ideal candidate for this position will possess a thorough knowledge of manufacturing best practices, a knowledge of electronics, along with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.  The E-Lab Tech must be prepared to adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs, rework, diagnostic efforts and testing protocol as required for PCBAsSupport daily efforts to meet manufacturing, spares and engineering deliverablesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Plug Power products and assembly protocolHelp to train new team members in various repair, rework, diagnostic, and testing processesContribute to 5S efforts and support all standards of organization, safety and cleanliness in the departmentAnalyze data and prepare reports as needed in the course of work Adhere to safety standards at all times; this includes all OSHA regulations and facility safety policiesPerform other duties as assignedEducation and Experience High school diploma or equivalentManufacturing industry experience; preferably within a technology product manufacturing facilityElectronics (PCBA) experience highly preferredProven ability to collaborate effectively within a team atmosphereStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent task-oriented follow-throughPay Rate:$17.63 - $23.48We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:✓Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
