In this role, you will oversee facility personnel and maintenance functions of buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles, and the design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and inspection of construction projects and building alterations. You'll gather and review data concerning construction feasibility and compliance with municipal regulations and fire safety codes, Create drawings and facility layouts for architectural rendering, using computer software, review architectural drawings and layouts for accuracy, and create building drawings (maps) as needed for various building items and equipment locations. Your duties will also include analyzing all practices relating to the cost management, lease tracking, seating/allocation, and managing administrative functions within the CRE Department.Sierra Space, based in Louisville, Colorado with operations in Madison, Wisconsin, Durham, North Carolina, and Kennedy Space Center, Florida, designs and manufactures advanced spacecraft, satellites, propulsion and environmental systems, spacecraft subsystems and components for the U.S. government (including NASA), commercial customers and international organizations.
