Job Requisition ID #23WD70479Position OverviewWe are looking for experienced individuals who are enthusiastic about designing and developing high quality software solutions. As a Senior Product Owner, you will partner with Product Managers, Architects, Experience Designers and Scrum Teams on expanding Fusion 360 - a cloud-based 3D modeling, CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB software platform to product design and manufacturing professionals. You will co-create and translate a roadmap into well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria. You will review business and technical needs along the way, refine priorities, identify opportunities and risks in order to adjust milestones and/or scope of deliverables to a changing environment. You will be accountable for maximizing the value of product resulting from the work of Scrum Teams. You will have an opportunity to grow your expertise in design, simulation and manufacturing field as well as to work on a variety of unique challenges in the areas of micro frontend architecture, data model, platform/services implementation, while we make sure you don’t forget to have fun along the way!ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Product Managers, Architects and Experience Designers on building delivery plans and tracking progress against a long-term roadmapCommunicate goals, plans and progress to a diverse audience – including people with different background and level of expertiseDocumentegoals, plans, backlog, and progress in a transparent, consistent, and accessible wayCollect and analyze data to deliver a foundation for decision making in various areas (requirements, plans, adjustments, quality etc.)Proficient backlog management. Capturing and breaking down larger efforts into more understandable, more manageable, and more approachable chunksCollaborate daily with 1-2 Scrum Teams on setting goals, acceptance criteria, refining backlog items, prioritizing work. Evaluating progress and completion of delivered incrementsEnsure high quality standards, alignment with corporate mandates and horizontal initiativesScaleup collaboration by taking a leading role in coordinating work on deliverables developed by multiple Scrum TeamsMinimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner (or a Product Manager)Education in Manufacturing Engineering or Computer ScienceExperience in working in a scaled Agile/Scrum frameworks (collaboration of multiple teams)Agile mindset, inclusiveness, and openness to different perspectivesExcellent in written/verbal communication and collaboration skillsAdvanced EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience with CAD/CAM engineering software (Fusion 360 would be a plus)Understanding of software micro frontend architecture, data model, platform/servicesExperience in data gathering and analysisFamiliar with JIRA/JQL and ConfluenceExperience using agile development tools and techniquesExperience in driving projects - from a kick-off through guiding and tracking larger efforts until they have been completed to expectations#LI-MM1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
