Then we would like to hear from you!You will be responsible for resolving customer issues reported to Autodesk via various modalities and other channels and documenting them in our knowledge baseYou may also engage in a variety of proactive support activities, developing and presenting webinars, or presenting at company events like Autodesk UniversityResponsibilitiesProvide technical support via the web, chat, and phone and document these interactions into the customer relationship management databaseDiagnose, research, and resolve technical issues using internal knowledge baseAuthor knowledge base articles for web publicationContribute as an active member of a shared responsibility teamMinimum Qualifications3 years’ experience using and applying CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology in a production environmentBachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Aerospace or comparable degreeFunctional knowledge of digital prototypingStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAnalytical problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical questionsAbility to convey complex technical detailsProven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast environmentExperience applying Simulation Products (Autodesk CFD, Fusion 360 Simulation and Generative Design, Nastran and/or their counterparts)#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
