Job Requisition ID #23WD71316Position OverviewAutodesk revenue analysts are a clever and intelligent bunch who are responsible for the most important line on our Income Statement – REVENUE! As a member of this team, you will assist and perform contract deal reviews, help support various business stakeholders cross-functionally through out a deal's life cycle, and work collaboratively with your team and other groups to come up with ideal solutions to complex arrangements. You will work closely with your manager to ensure accurate revenue reporting as required under ASC 606. In addition, you will assist with reconciling different GL accounts at quarter-end in addition to preparing various ad-hoc analyses when needed. Every day is a new challenge and you will be continuously looking for ways to help our team get better at what we do, in the most efficient way possible.As our business is constantly evolving, there is never a dull moment. This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence our customers, and Autodesk’s future success.Responsibilities Perform deal and contract reviews while gaining technical expertise under ASC-606Work closely by providing deal support and technical expertise to various teams within Sales, Legal, as well as the broader Finance organizationPrepare quarterly audit schedules and periodic reports to support internal and external reporting requirementsIdentify and support process improvement initiativesWork on various other Revenue Accounting initiatives as neededMinimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent practical experience2+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent quantitative, analytical and data mining skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.Experience with monthly and quarterly close activities, account reconciliations, problem resolution, audit schedule preparation and working with external and internal auditorsWorking knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on revenue recognition (ASC-606).CPA certification (preferred) or equivalent practical experienceExperience working with SAP and/or Business ObjectsProficiency in ExcelInvolvement in process improvementExcellent business acumen with ability to deal with ambiguityEffective communication skillsEnthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
