Job Requisition ID #23WD71365Position OverviewManages Sales readiness related programs/projects from incubation through delivery, including planning and budgeting, program/project control and status reporting, team coordination, and related troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned program/project is on schedule. Interprets program/project requirements, considering both internal and market drivers, and converts them to program deliverables. Organizes program/project activities and interdepartmental meetings; identifies and communicates program/project scope and ensures program milestones and objectives are met. The person would be expected to also manage multiple and/or complex programs/projects, including the development and implementation of business and people strategies and tactics related to the program or projectRoles and ResponsibilitiesManage specific sales programs/projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Develop and maintain program/project plan. Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risk. Identify and implement alternative solutions. Deliver a variety of presentations in support of the program objectives.Define sales program needs according to the timelines. Coordinate and validate the business case for technology programs/ projects. Coordinate and monitor program/project to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. Prepare and distribute various reports and updates on the status of the program to various audiences, including executive management, functional management.Build a trusted relationship with sales community and leadership.Effectively contract and communicate with business stakeholders in extended sales community to ensure satisfaction with program/project management services and product delivery. Work proactively with the teams to resolve critical issues. Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channelsConsult with others on development and execution of complex program/project plans. Define practices and processes for managing client and stakeholder expectationsAnalyze program/project metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program. Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remediesMonitor program/project strategies, tactics and procedures to meet changing needs of business and sales teams. Gather feedback through various mediums. Maintain the efficient and effective operation of the program by implementing changes as required. Interface with various functional groups, extended sales teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to program success. Implement and improve procedures and processes to optimize program effectivenessCoordinate content and delivery of internal and external program communications to the appropriate audience through various channels, including email, direct mailings, conferences, meetingsMinimum QualificationBachelor’s degree.
